About Us

Established on 09-08-2008, the Robotics Club stands as one of the oldest clubs of the Institution.

The main objectives of the club are - Organizing a range of activities, including workshops, to guide students and encourage a work spirit. Provides an environment to allow technically inclined, like-minded students to get together and follow their interests. Additionally, a variety of tournaments are held to assist the students in the field of robotics Students are trained to represent AEC in state and national level competitions. The club is also deemed of making a 'makerspace' where students will be allowed to engage in independent work.

Events under Robo Club

R-AEC is the committee responsible for organizing robotics events under the banner of Udbhavanam. R-AEC organizes various events like Robo-Sumo, Robo-Soccer, Pick & Place, Line Follower, Maze solver etc., every year in a different and exciting way. This year, R-AEC is thrilled to host the following events.
Event 1

Robo Sumo

Robo-sumo is a sport in which two robots attempt to push each other out of a circle.

Event 2

Robo Race

The Robo Race Challenge is a competition where teams build wireless or wired robots to race against each other on a track.

Event 3

Robo Soccer

Robo Soccer is a variant of soccer, which is played by two robots in a team. Each team will have to score more goals than the opponent team.

Event 4

Line Follower

Line Follower Robot (LFR) is a simple autonomously guided robot that follows a line drawn on the ground to either detect a dark line on a white surface or a white line on a dark.
